Cyber Security Training Team Closes a $500,000 Seed Round

Living Security is using the financing for product development, go-to-market execution and team expansion.
The two lead institutional investors of Living Security include Active Capital and Cathexis Ventures. A Pipeline Angels investment was contributed to their funding, as well.
The addition of these strategic investments and advisors has accelerated our growth in preparation of the launch of our Cyber Escape Security Awareness training platform. Active Capital is a venture firm with a focus on leading seed rounds for founder led, B2B SaaS companies. Based in San Antonio, Active Capital is led by former Rackspace founders and executives who helped build Rackspace into a multi-billion dollar enterprise.
Based in Houston and Boston, Cathexis is a private investment firm that targets a variety of industries in public and private markets. Cathexis exclusively invests their own capital, targeting early-stage investments in the $100,000-$200,000 range, which allows them to move quickly and maintain a long horizon.
Pipeline Angels creates capital for women and non-binary femme social entrepreneurs with 40 locations in the U.S. After launching in April 2011, over 300 members have graduated from the Angel Investing Bootcamp and have invested more than $5 million in over 50 companies.
