Habitu8 Partners with International Association of Security Awareness Professionals
TORRANCE, Calif. – Nov. 6, 2018 – PRLog — Habitu8 is at it again, violating expectations of security awareness vendors. This time, they’re providing several free videos from their catalog, along with expert resources like it’s industry-famous Security Awareness Program Strategy Guide, to a non-profit group of security awareness pros, the IASAP.
The International Association of Security Awareness Professionals (IASAP) is a 501(c)6 non-profit fee-based corporate membership association. They are dedicated to the exchange of best practices for elevating security awareness programs at all levels within their member organizations. Their goal is achieved through collaboration, benchmarking, and an NDA trusted network of peer companies.
Habitu8 founder, Jason Hoenich, is a former IASAP member. He joined the tight-knit community while building the security awareness program for The Walt Disney Company back in 2013, and has stayed in touch with the group since then.
“The IASAP holds a special place in my heart,” said Hoenich, “As it was where I was first introduced to the wonderful network of other security awareness professionals out there trying their best to change corporate security culture for the better.”
Hoenich continues “What I love about the group is that they are real companies, doing real work. They meet 2-3 times per year in person and share ideas. It is really awesome.”
More than 60% of IASAP members are Fortune 500 companies, not bad company to be exchanging ideas with! Also, combined, members have over 350 years experience in security awareness!
The IASAP is always interested in welcoming new members to it’s unique community. Interested? Hit up http://iasapgroup.org/
Habitu8 is the new security awareness startup everyone keeps talking about. Founded by security awareness professionals, their mission is to make cybersecurity easy to understand and simple to measure.
